QA/QC ENGINEER
Job Description
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
At least 1 year work experience.
With license is a plus.
Willing to be assign in Dasmariñas Cavite.
Staff house is provided.
· Inspects and certifies that all incoming construction materials and goods delivered to the job site comply with the approved submittals
· Prepares standardized quality procedures on construction management activities and inspection criteria /checklist which shall be implemented in the job site
· Conducts inspection on all construction works (precast, formworks and concreting) performed on a continual basis for compliance with the current drawings and specifications
· Knowledgeable on process review and documentation flowcharting
· Must have good oral and written communication skills
· Must be detailed oriented, with strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize work load and work independently to meet commitments with minimal supervision

BACKHOE OPERATOR
Qualifications:
At least height school graduate
Heavy Equipment Operation (Backhoe Loader) NC II
At least 6 months experience
Willing to work within Metro Manila or outside Metro Manila.
Duties
Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company’s operating safety policies and procedures.
Provide recommendations for maintaining and improving environmental performance.
Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers.
Ensure company equipment and material is maintained, kept cleaned, and stored in a safe manner.
Check filters and grease equipment.
Observe distribution of paving material to adjust machine settings or material flow, and indicate low spots for workers to add material.
Keep work area and equipment clean by collecting and disposing of scrap, excess materials, and refuse.
Proactively communicate with foreman, superintendent and coworkers.
Complete required paperwork, reporting, and other documentation as required.
